Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 7-20 business days after processing. Delivery times vary by product and warehouse location; some items ship from US partners and arrive faster, while others ship from international warehouses.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Multiple Items

Orders with more than one item may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Shipping Gifts

You can ship a gift directly to someone else by entering their address at checkout. Prices are not printed on packing slips.

Holiday Orders

During the holiday season, carriers experience high volumes. We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks before the date you need your gift.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
