How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and most arrive within 7–20 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I ship a gift directly to someone else?
Yes! Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Prices aren't printed on packing slips.
When should I order for the holidays?
We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks before the date you need it.
What if it isn't the right fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. See Shipping & Returns.
Are your products safe to use?
Please follow the instructions and safety warnings included with each product, especially for heated and electrical items. Our products are comfort and lifestyle items, not medical devices.
Do the electric products work with US outlets?
Our lamps and projectors are USB powered and work with any standard USB wall adapter, laptop or power bank. Plug-in items are made for US outlets.
