Shipping
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–20 business days after processing. Some items ship from US partners and arrive faster; others ship from international warehouses.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Multiple items: may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send instructions. Please don't ship items back without contacting us first.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
